- Apppoitments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice in advance of the service date will incurr a 50% cancellation fee, this fee must be settled before any further services can be booked.
- A deposit of 50% of the service fee is required in advance of new client colour bookings.
- Colour service work is guaranteed for 7 days after service, adjustments must be booked within 14 days of original service. issues brought to our attention outside of this timeframe will be considered as a paid service.
